All sales are final.

Solvereignty does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or defective.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To request assistance, please email:

Your email must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Failure to provide photo evidence within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • Store credit at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variation due to screen display differences
  • Shipping delays outside of our control
  • Refused or abandoned packages
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Solvereignty is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Solvereignty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our All Sales Final policy.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Submission of this policy and proof of delivery to your financial institution
  • Permanent refusal of future service
