All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays.


⏳ Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as Pre-Order. Pre-order products are not immediately in stock and require additional processing time.

Estimated Pre-Order Delivery Time:
Pre-order items may take approximately 3–4 weeks to ship and be delivered.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing and delivery timeframe.


🚚 Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Solvereignty is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Solvereignty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at solvereignty@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Solvereignty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

All sales are final.

Solvereignty does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact solvereignty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence.
